In real terms not a penny. We work on a ‘no success no fee’ basis so if we don’t save you any money then we don’t get paid.

Even more than that for 2009 we Guarantee 15% savings or no fees!

Our fees are invoiced quarterly in arrears which ensures that you have the savings and have benefited at the lower prices before we earn anything.

If you think about this logically, you are paying us with the savings you have made via the suppliers, so in a sense, it is those suppliers which are paying our invoices.
